The three steps

  1. Step 1

    Application

How long we take to answer

We review every application we receive. If you have not heard from us within 30 days, your application has not moved on to the next stage of this process. We keep your details on file and get back to you when a role matching your profile opens.

  2. Step 2

    Interview

Thirty minutes with HR to understand your background, motivation and expectations, and a technical conversation with your future team, centred on real problems rather than trick questions.

  3. Step 3

    Offer

We set out the role, the terms and the onboarding plan in writing.

Frequently asked questions

Step 1 · Application

How do I make my application stand out?

Read the job description and tell us, concretely, what you have done that relates to it. A background explained in three paragraphs is worth more than a long, generic text. If you have a portfolio, a code repository or public projects, include the link.

Do I have to name an area of interest?

Yes, and it helps us route your application to the right team. You are not tied to that choice: moving between the group's areas and brands is routine here, not an exception.

How do I send my CV?

The form prepares an email, already filled in, in your own mail client, and you attach the CV yourself before sending. If you prefer, you can write directly to the recruitment address.

What if no opening matches my profile?

Send a speculative application stating the area that interests you. We keep it on file and get back to you when a matching role opens.

Do I need English?

It depends on the role. In technical roles, documentation and tools are often in English, so the ability to read technical English is valued. The specific requirements are always stated in each posting.

Step 2 · Interview

How many interviews are there?

Usually two: a first conversation of about thirty minutes with HR, covering your background, motivation and expectations, and a technical interview with your future team.

Are interviews on site or remote?

Both are possible and arranged with each candidate. A remote interview puts you at no disadvantage.

What is the technical interview like?

It is a conversation centred on real problems from the team's work, not a run of trick questions. We are interested in how you think a problem through and how you explain your decisions.

How should I prepare?

Go back over your own background and bring concrete examples of what you have done. It is worth reading the culture page and the area you are applying to, to understand the kind of organisation we work with — chiefly institutions and public administration.

How do I know where my application stands?

You receive an email confirmation when your application arrives, and we contact you at the end of each stage. For anything else, write to HR quoting the position reference.

Step 3 · Offer

What does the offer include?

The role, the terms and the onboarding plan, always in writing. Specific terms are discussed case by case; the benefits shared across the three brands are described on the culture page.

How long does an answer take?

The full process usually takes two to four weeks. Every stage gets an answer, positive or negative, and every application is answered.

What happens to my data?

The data you send is used solely for the recruitment process and kept only for as long as necessary, under the General Data Protection Regulation.

Already picturing yourself on the team?

So tell me: what brings you here today?

I already know which area I want

Good, that saves us half the way. Which one?

Technology Infrastructure

This is where we build what can never fail: networks, datacentre, hybrid cloud and service continuity.

I am still exploring the group

No problem, nobody has to decide everything at once. What matters most to you?

Seeing my work actually used

Then the four areas are worth a look: what we build here goes live in municipalities, schools and public organisations.

Learning from experienced people

There is continuous training and a mentor assigned to newcomers. The benefits shared by the three brands are all written down, with no small print.

Talking directly to the decision-makers

The structure is flat: a junior technician has direct access to whoever leads the project and the area. If you prefer, talk to HR first.

I want to know what the work is like

Teams are small and the client is a public institution: formal deadlines, demanding requirements and work that shows. Newcomers are assigned a mentor and talk to whoever leads the area.

That interests me — what about the openings?

Every open role across the three brands is listed here. If none fits today, a speculative application stays on file.

Still unsure before applying?

If you are not sure which area or role fits your background, write to HR before submitting. We answer every message.
