Training and certifications
An annual training plan for each person, with technical certifications paid for and time set aside to study.
Team building
Team activities through the year, away from the day-to-day. It is where people who join meet colleagues from the other brands and areas of the group.
Industry events
The team is encouraged to attend summits, technology fairs and other events relevant to their field, as a way of learning and growing professionally.
A good location
The office is on the first floor, with a lift, in Faro. There is a Pingo Doce supermarket on the ground floor and the Fórum Algarve shopping centre right across the road, so lunch, errands, services and transport are all at the door.
A staff kitchen
A dining area with a freezer open to everyone, a microwave and a stove, and free coffee for everyone here. Anyone bringing lunch from home has somewhere to keep it, heat it and eat it with colleagues.
